Anna Kostetska is the ETUI education officer responsible for facilitating the European Training of Trainers (EToT) network and the development and coordination of the Eurotrainers pathway and accreditation process.
In this episode, we discuss the virtual transformation of communities of practice over the last few years and the main challenges faced in their online facilitation. Anna also shares with us existing tools that can assist in the online facilitation of communities of practice and some tips and recommendations for those interested in organising them on a national level.
